A lifelong classical musician, I have always loved playing with the texture and color of the viola's sound.  When I found weaving a few years ago, I discovered a whole new way to play with texture and color. 
My favorite yarns are ones that feel inviting to the touch and spark the color question, ”I wonder what would happen if I...”  I enjoy using color to bring fluidity to the inherently straight lines of weaving.
